Fees and Policy:
 
Performance:           $250/ musician
Applies to events up to 1.5hours. For additional time, add $50/musician/0.5 hour.
 
 
Travel/ Parking:        $0 and up/ musician
A travel fee is based on the location of an event.
 
 
Booking:                  $50/ Event
Covers booking, administrative, contracting costs and unlimited email/phone correspondence.
 
 
Overtime:                  $50/ musician/ 0.5 hour.
Overtime is possible depending on musician's availability.  Payment is due at time of requested overtime unless otherwise stated in contract.
 
Payment:
 
The booking fee plus 25% of the tortal amount (neither are transferrable nor refundable) must be received before any musicians are booked and a date and time can be reserved.  The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to an event.  Written notification of any cancellations must be received at least 30 days prior to the event, otherwise Client is responsible for all applicable fees by the due date.  A late fee of $25 will be charged if the final payment is not received by the due date. A $25 fee applies to any returned check.
 
 
Playing Conditions:
Please ensure sufficient lighting, ample playing space out of walkways and stable, armless chairs upon musician's arrival.  If adequate lighting cannot be provided, please notify us prior to the date of the event.  Musicians generally take 10-15 minute breaks between sets, although variations in set lenghts may be discussed prior to the start of an event. 
 
Outdoors:
We will do our best to compromise, however, due to the delicate nature of our instruments, it must ultimately be the musician's decision whether or not it is suitable to play outdoors.  Musicians need to be situated in complete shade.  In any event of unsuitable weather (rain, heavy mist, windy conditions, temperations too high or too low, etc.) musicians are to be relocated indoors.
 
 
Refund:
There are no refunds on any fees.
